Snapped alternator and power steering belt on 1995 Mitsubishi Magna. Want to replace but belt for air-con has to come off first. How do I get to it and release tension? Is it near pulley? Is the tensioner the threaded bolt at front-top of ac-belt pulley?

Hope this is the correct diagram. The tensioner pulley for the A/C is at top and you need to loosen the holding bolt to turn the adjusting bolt to release the belt tension.
