ive changed spark plugs and leads, and the car still wont turn over. would do problem be in my distributor, and if so how can i fix them problem?

May be a cam or crank angle sensor fault, do a scan ad see if you get a code, not all faults will set a check light.

If there are no sparks, the ignition coil inside the distributor is the most likely cause.
