1995 Mitsubishi Eclipse rough vibration

Hey what could a rough vibration in the clutch pedal and gas pedal be caused by? It even does with the clutch engaged but if I'm in neutral it doesn't do it

it cold be a clutch problem or a bearing in trans mission have a local pro check it out.
