95 eclipse gsx with mods

I have a 95 eclipse gsx. I put some modified parts on and now it won't run right. I put an intake, header, bigger turbo and intercooler, bigger throttle body, and a blow off valve. it won't rev over 2000 rpms. and its fowling the plugs out and blowing black smoke out the exhaust. if you could help me I would greatly appreciate it. thank you

The plugs fouling indicates too much fuel is being injected and this would cause erratic running. The engine not revving motre than 2000 rpm and the extra fuel indicates you most likely have a fault with the throttle body. You should try reverting to the original components and see which conomponent solves the problem, starting with the one easiest to replace.
