transmission was leaking fluid badly, when underneath the car it was dripping from where the transmission is bolted to the motor. would it be the front transmission seal? or what else could it be? and how do you go about fixing this problem?

so this would be just the seal thats around the transmission pump? from where the fluid was coming from could it be caused from leaking from somewhere else also?
