my front left turn signal is not workng (making fast clicking sound usually associated with blown bulb). went to auto parts store and bought new bulb, which did not fix problem, also checked all fuses and none were blown. what else might the problem be?

It is not a fuse problem if others are working. The bulb, its holder and wiring are possible causes. You need a test light or DVOM to carry out diagnostics.

Disconnect the connector and use a test light or DVOM to connect between the wire terminals to test and if it works, the problem is with the holder or bulb.
