1995 Mercury Topaz Get Heat Work Changed Thermostat Water Pump Does Overheat

Cant get the heat to work. Changed the thermostat and the water pump. It does not overheat, the blower is blowing cold air.

Are both heater core hoses getting hot? If so, check the blend air door. If only one hose gets hot, try flushing the heater core.
