rear brake dragging, locking up

Okay I have have replaced everything in the system except the abs computer and booster. Calipers, rotors rubber lines abs pump all been replaced twice rear still locks up. Used compressed air and blew lines no help. I am lost. I am a Aircraft mechanic by trade,on the side I repair cars this is my personal car. I said that to say that am not someone who is new to repairing cars. But maybe I missed something. I tried an online Mercedes repair tech NO HELP.

I will assume that there are no leaks in the rear. have you checked the proportioning valve?

I have been unable to find it, that was my next thing to try. I have been looking for a replacement on line as week type.

Since brake bias is done with the master cylinder I don't think there is a proportioning valve. I can't find a listing for one.
