Hi, After having my car battery tested, I was informed that I have a high output voltage reading. What can I do to fix this? The car stalls while driving. Its like the car just looses all power and cuts off. At first I thought I may have a fuel system problem. But it looks like I have a drain on my battery. Keep in mind this is a brand new battery(less than a week old.)Also could it be the crank sensor.

No not crank sensor. A big drain could indicate alternator problem. Have it tested at auto parts chain store.

Your charging system issues may not be related at all to the car cutting off. That very well could be a bad Crank sensor causing that and in fact those cars are pretty notorious for that.
