car dies

any warning lights on?

there are no light that come on on the dash. i was driving it and while i was stepping on the brakes i was about half way down when the engine cut off and after i got it started again i stepped a lil on the gas and it died again. Once I got it started and rolling it wanted to die as i was slowing down.

check for vacuum leaks and take a fuel pressure reading.

these models are also known for engine wiring harness faults. and check that engine has good ground to car body. there's a ground strap on underside of engine. best to get it checked out with 'star diagnostics'.
