instrument cluster removed to change a bulb?

On 1995 mercedes c250d now the srs light stays on for two minuets before going out it worked before the cluster was taken out

The SRS light should stay on for a while before going out but 2 minutes for the control unit to turn it off is too long.

There is a possibility some wires are loose, due to connectors not plugged in securely or there is a fault somewhere.

Get a scan done to check for trouble codes to see if anything shows up.
