How to change cabin air filter for 1995 MB E300d.

Removal and Installation :

Pull off seal (4) up to windshield wiper
Remove lip seals (5, 6)
Remove center part (15) (2 clips)
Remove left water drain (Clips 7, screws 8)
Lift out air inlet (11) towards the top, (screws 9, 10).
Remove air inlet (12) screws (10) and lift out towards the top.
Fold down clamping brackets (2).
Lift up dust filter (1), pull out towards the left side. If necessary assist via right opening.

9 Pull dust filter (1) towards the front. Then pull out towards the left side. When re-installing, make sure the dust filter halves are correctly positioned in clamping brackets 2 and 3. Both dust filter halves must be properly engaged at their separation joint.

Installation is in the reverse sequence, noting the tip in step 9.
