1995 Mazda Mx6 Just Cleaned Out Fuel Tank Replaced Filter 1 Gallon Fuel Car

I just cleaned out fuel tank, replaced filter, replaced 1 gallon of fuel, car turned over started for 2 seconds and died, now won't turn over just maving a sounds like rattle or quick ticking, any suggestions?

Check the battery. It seems to be weak.
1 gallon is insufficient fuel if it was drained dry, you need to put in more.
