Camshaft Knock After Overheating?

My '95 Millenia 2.5 had a cracked radiator, leading to an overheating episode. Since then, there is a very loud knock coming from the front valve cover / camshaft area. I have a 10 second video, if that's useful.

you most likely have internal engine damage from the overheating. it will require disassembly to find the failure
