mazda familia neo 1995 failed warrant due to loose l/h hub, and brakes unbalanced(on same side)
how do i fix this

Have the wheel bearings and hub checked and replaced if necessary.

What do you mean by brakes unbalanced? If the wheel bearing or hub is loose, it can affect the braking efficiency.
