1995 Mazda b2300 Shut off problems

The truck will not shut off with the key. I replaced the tumbler part put it did not solve the problem. I have to kill it when I get were I am going and then remove the battery cable to turn it off.

see if your ignition switch is bad or wires burnt together at back.
