1995 Mazda 323 Rpm Display Went Dead On V6 Engine Powered 2 0 Litre Model

RPM display went dead on V6 engine powered 323 2.0 litre model. Need a wiring diagram and a figure showing where the sensor seats in the engine. Probable cause is cable bitten by small animal (german: marder). Car otherwise still completely OK.

We do not have any information on your vehicle so I can't get the schematics. If equipped with distributor, the rpm signal is from the ignition coil (-) terminal.
