1995 Lincoln Town Car Squeaks Emmit Front Rear Backing Pulling Into Garage Air

Squeaks emmit from the front and rear when backing or pulling into the garage. The air bags ,air motor ,lower ball joints,pitman and idler arms were replaced when the mechanic sprayed oil on the underside of the chassis ,the squeaks went away. They re- appeared later and have continued for about 4 years now! I don't know what he sprayed? Do. You .?

we have no idea what he sprayed.

my first thought is a possible universal joint in the driveshaft
