oil leak and Spark plugs

I started to change my spark plugs in my 1995 Lincoln towncar and i find oil in the hole.

Where did you find this oil -inside the plug hole or outside the plug hole-you sure its not coming from the valve cover-if not then could be valves/stems/seals/rings problem-BTW are you blowing blue smoke-
