1995 Lincoln Town Car fuel tank straps

I'm trying to replace the fuel tank straps. Can you tell me how to get the bottom end out. It is held in place by a pin with the strap wrapped around it and riveted. How do you get the pin out?

look in front of it or behind where it's mounted there is probably a bolt in it to a bracket.it should unbolt on both ends or the pin slides out with the strap in a slotted bracket.
