I used synthic oil when I changed my oil a month ago. 5w/30 Ithink, I asked pep boys what kind for my car make /model and they said 10w 40 .can I use this?

Engine Oil Type: API SH Energy-Conserving II multigrade or ILSAC multigrade, SAE 5W-30.

this is the recommended oil. i would use this
