My lexus battery goes dead if I don't drive it for 2 or 3 days.

If it is the original battery it is due for a new one. If not you have a parasitic draw from an added accesory or possible short. Otherwise, the battery has a bad cell and you need to have it tested where you purchesed it and exchange it for a new one.
