My wife 95 lexus es300 won't start. She driven to work at 6 am and got out at 4pm and the car does not start, no click, click or crank, crank. Battery is brand new starter is good. All lights are on. What cause it? Hot weather? I am thinking is the main relays go bad?

Start with checking to see if there is power to the starter. Have a helper turn the key to the start position while you check for voltage to the smaller wire on the starter. You should have 12v. If you do, chances are the starter is bad. If you don't get power, then you need to trace the wiring back to the starter relay to see if there is power there.
