my car will run and I can drive it but the radio and heat will not come on what is the problem

3 days ago I got in the car to start it up turned on the heat and radio ran ok then I plugged in my phone charger into cigarette lighter and the radio and heat went out

Check and test the fuses that powers the radio and AC/Heater could be blown due to the overload
