I looked up the motor, if it you have the cap & rotor may need replaced, timing belt if it hasn't been done. Or the fuel pump and fiter.
Fuel pump can cause rough running and at that many miles a worn out cap & rotor can do the same. It may be a combo of both. Timing belt could be loosing teeth and started to skip. If it skips enough it will kill the motor, via bent valves. I'd start with the timing belt and a fuel psi check to see if the pump is failing. Cap & rotor if you have that model.
