My truck (K1500) has been acting fine but recently while I was driving I noticed that it started to shake while in drive and stopped or right around 1,800-2,100 rpm's but after 2,100 rpm's it seems to run fine. when it shakes slightly the exhaust notes kind of “shake” as well. I don’t think it’s misfiring, but I’m not very sure.

Good morning,

Yes, you have a misfire if it is shaking.

You need to check the plugs, wire, cap, and rotor to see if they are bad.

It could be an injector not spraying proper amount of fuel as well.

I attached a guide for you for misfires.
