Jeep ran hot and blew the head gasket. I took the head off and had it checked for cracks and reworked. I reinstalled the head and when I cranked the motor there was no idle it went straight to wide open. I checked the butterfly in the throttle body it seem to be working ok. I'm dumb founded can you help me?

The idle speed is controlled by metering air into the system. You likely have something disconnected that is allowing unmetered air into the engine.
