my jeep grand cherokee is frozen in place. neither drive nor reverse works. in neutral it will not move. is it the transmission or another possible problem?

Check the fluid level and condition if okay-have the transmission/transfer case checked-

By some strange occurrence, have "Evil Demons" shifted your transfer-case into NEUTRAL, without you noticing? This has happened to me in my CJ 5 a time or two, with Munchkins playing inside--The Medic
