The back windshield wiper run's all the time no matter what the control setting is on it will not turn off unless the fuse is taken out.

I DON'T SEE ANY RELAYS THAT COULD BE HUNG UP (STUCK "ON")

LOOKING AT THE DIAGRAM I FOUND FOR YOU---LOOKS TO ME LIKE THE "SWITCH" COULD BE THE ONLY THING THAT COULD BE SCREWED UP
