First thing tomorrow I'll take a better pic but on a different forum someone told me that it was the intermediate shaft and that there's a seal for it but know one know the procedure to change it and I've been doing a lot of research with no success. Do you know anything about this?

P.S. Its starting to squeak from that area so I don't really drive it as much

You can get an auto stethescope (harbor freight $5) or make your own or use some tube/wand to listen for the position/area of squeak. Probably not related to leak? You could pull cover off and look to see if seal is there or cover just needs some silicone sealer to stop leaking.

Video is difficult to watch. Jerky add too much movement. What that looks like is where a distributor used to go before they eliminated the electrics part of it. What is the blue stuff on the parts? Could be sealer someone has applied to solve leakage. If some of it got loose and got into oil passages this could cause oil starvation and eventual damages.
