I think that my dipstick tupe is pushing oil out than dropping on stuff and smoking alittle

You could remove the dipstick and run the motor while watching for oil coming out. If it is, then there may be excessive pressure building up in the crankcase. Look for a stuck PCV valve.

Also look at the valve cover gaskets to eliminate them as a possible source for your leak.
