My son has a 95 Rodeo...why does the flashers, door warning, and dash lights blink when the car is turned on....when it is also off and you just open the doors...it seems to set this off...
they eventually will go off after a few minutes

Does the car have an after market security system, and if so is it active or has it been part disconnected or inop, this sound as if it is a problem with an immobiliser system.
