Where should the oil pressure be at driving speed of about 90 miles ph. I think its much lower than used to. When dip stick is pulled its covered from tip to top in oil. Is this normal. Also gurgling sounds and smell from radiator resevoir. Please advice.

There's an oil pressure relief valve to prevent the pressure from going too high. Increased engine speed won't make it go any higher. Oil gets sprayed around when the engine is running, including up on the dip stick. That's why we always wipe them off, then stick them back in to check the level.
