1995 Infiniti Q45 Havent Drove Turned On Car 13 Months Been Sitting 1 2 Tank

I havent drove or turned on my car in 13 months & it has been sitting with 1/2 a tank of gas. Do I have to pump the gas out, put new gas in, & what other services should I do i.e. oil change?

Don't worry about the gas yet unless you have a running problem. The battery is going to be close to dead. Charge it at a slow rate for an hour before trying to start the engine.
