I have a 1995 Infiniti J30 and the rear doors won't open. What can I do to fix them?

Have you used them much at all? Can you hear/watch locks operate?

I just bought the car at an auto auction. I have never seen the rear doors work and I can't hear/see anything.

Could be doors are locked, or latches are rusted/frozen.
