1995 honda civic del sol hinge on hood broke hood wont stay up

can you replace broken bracket? is it just bolted on? sometimes they are held on by snap ring on a pin under lower winshield area. not the easiest to remove.

yours looks easy to remove/change according to pics ive seen on net. however it may require a helper to get hood back in place?

The hood hinge is held in place by 4 bolts. Removing them would enable you to remove the hinge.
