I bought a new deck it works on every car but mines, what is happening?

I've wired everything together just fine. it works when i pull it into other ppls car but not mines. it seems that i have extra wires and things in my car but i dont want to mess around with it since i dont know what im doing.

If it won't turn on, check to make sure there is power to it. Also, make sure the ground is good.
