whats wrong with my clutch

i push in clutch and release nothing, push in clutch put it in first gear then out release clutch and it makes a clunk noise? does it while driving unless i shift perfect sometimes even if i do. it also kind of sticky going into lower gears before it warms up at least thats all ive noticed and it doesnt seem good or like it should . i took it to carx before these issues they said they replaced the slave and master didnt notice the noise at first and i took it bac they said nothings wrong but i know there is. my friend has the same car and it doesnt make the noise
