Overheating Honda

I can hear water running when I accelerate in my car. My car also overheats and when it overheats it starts to idle low like its going to stall. I can't see any leaks when replenishing my coolant though. Can this be my water pump? 95 Honda Accord V-Tec

Check the heater core if its leaking-also check the thermostat, radiator and water pmup-

Where do you put coolant when you replenish?

You do have leaks somewhere. You need to have the cooling system pressure tested to find it.
