1995 Honda Accord leaking something

It got to cold and my radiator froze. Should have aeady put some antifreeze in my system but that wasone of the errands needed to be run today. Radiator froze so I came out and poured hot water on the radiator to thaw it out. Cranked it up to hopefully use the. Engine he at to thaw it. My RPMSstarted jumping from about 1000 to 2700 about every 2 seconds. Water then started leaking from a smallhole at the back of the engine. Its not a break but looks like the spot its leaking from was already there. Won't hold water anymore. What did I do and please tell me how to fix it. Feel incredibly stupid for this

Have a pro pressure check coolant system after it h as thawed you may have cracked a head or something

It's my water pump leaking from the weep hole. Got to replace the apparatus or seal it off. Going to try an epoxy sealant first since I don't really have $600 for the parts and labor they want to fix the thing.
