1995 Honda Accord Jerking while accelerating

I have a Honda accord v6 and I have noticed that while driving at a set pace, then easing off the gas, there is a jerking of the gear change, and pressing the gas again it jerks into the next gear also. Can you tell me what might be causing this problem?

It ould be engine or transmisison related. Start with a check for trouble codes.
