1995 Honda Accord Changed Clutch Master Cylinder Slave Getting Little Pressure

I changed the clutch master cylinder and the slave cylinder and i am getting little pressure on the clutch it does not sink all the way to the floor but it does not come all the way back up either.

Most likely air still present put a tube tightly fit on bleeder fill with fluid to submerge hose open bleeder have helper pump pedal slowly till all bubbles gone
