My 95 Honda accord keeps revving up between 44 and 38 mph and my check engine light is on and it has cut off 3 times while going down the road. my sisters boyfriend changed the master cylinder for the brakes and when he done that he unplugged the vacum hoses and one had a 16 on it and the other had a 24 on it and when he plugged them back in his did the 16 to the 24 and the next day it started revving up
