Looking for Striker Bolts for Tailgate, the lower Bolts That cable hooks to, any ideas on where to find them??

these are the lower bolts on the Striker where the cables attach to support the Tailgate, commonly known as "SHOULDER BOLTS"

I looked around some of the online partsbooks, didn't see anything? Can you get a bolt from the hardware store and make it work? I'd have to get a look at your tail-gate. I saw a new tail-gate for about 175. That probably doesn't include taxes and S&H.
