Truck shift lever is locked

The shift lever is locked what can i do to unlock it?

Try this: Disconnect battery, put key in ignition switch and turn on. Now is it still stuck in park?

Check to make sure the brake lights are working. The park lock solenoid gets power from the brake light switch.
