when it is cold out and you start the truck first think in the morning it does not go into high idle and you can smell raw gas coming out the exhust and it runs like it is flooding out what do I need to look at?

check the fuel pressure. check for leaking injector , check the coolant sensor for proper readings and check the idle air control valve
