passenger door will not open

This is a 5 ton truck and can get to the latch from the top through the window space but cannot get latch to open, is there a way to get this open and replace without taking the seats out?

possible to get the latch to open with a tool that goes down through the window and door frame. it is part of a master unlock set. otherwise, out the seats come

thanks but I have tried this - i can pull on the latch but it doesnt open - it maybe that someone tried to breakin and broke the door latch - taking the seats out will be a pain withiut that door open - thanks
