Put the key in and won't turn at all. Steering wheel locked. It's in park . Is there a manual way of unlocking the steering ?

MAYBE TURNING THE WHEEL RIGHT OR LEFT - HARD

Did that. Won't do anything. Also tried brake and moving steering wheel and shifter ...nothing
