My brake lights will flash but will not stay on if I barely push the peddle the brake lights will be steady on also the brake light on the dash stays lit how do I fix this probem plz help

First, check the brake light switch at the top of the brake pedal to make sure it is good and properly adjusted (not loose) As far as the light in the car, make the brake fluid isn't low and have the computer scanned for trouble codes.
