Ok so I have a 1995 GMC Sierra 1500, 2 wheel drive, 350 engine. And when I get on the interstate, it won't go over 60. And when I start goin up a hill, I push my foot down, but my speed stil drops down to sometimes in the 30's. Then once I go down hill or on flat surface it goes back 2 60, and then no higher. It jus started doin this like a month ago. Can anyone tell me what I need 2 do 2 fix that.

Auto parts stores do it for free. You'll have to rent gague from there to check pressure but it hink it may be your converter
